Request a ticket refund
Enter the order ID and purchase email from your ticket email. Refunds are reviewed against the event refund cutoff, ticket usage, original payment status, and the organizer's event policy.
Before you submit
- Refunds are only available for paid orders.
- Checked-in, scanned, or used tickets cannot be refunded.
- Requests after the event refund cutoff may be declined based on the organizer's policy.
- Venue Spice service fees and payment processing fees may not always be refundable after payment networks process the order.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible and may take several business days to appear.
- Only one active refund request can be submitted for the same order at a time.
