Refund Policy
How refund requests are reviewed for tickets purchased on Venue Spice.
Request window
Refunds must be requested before the event refund cutoff configured by the organizer. Once tickets are checked in or the event cutoff has passed, refunds may be unavailable.
Review process
Submit a refund request with your order ID and purchase email. Venue Spice records the request, checks ticket and payment status, and notifies you by email after review.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Bank and card processing timelines are controlled by the payment provider and issuing bank.
