Using Venue Spice
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use Venue Spice only for lawful events, ticketing, vendor, and promotional activities.
Organizer responsibilities
Event organizers are responsible for event accuracy, pricing, refund rules, attendee communication, check-in operations, tax obligations, and honoring tickets sold through the platform.
Vendors and influencers
Vendors and influencers must provide accurate profile, payout, catalogue, and campaign information. Campaign invitations, commissions, and payouts may be reviewed before release.
Payments, fees, and refunds
Orders may include ticket prices, processing fees, platform fees, and applicable taxes. Refunds are handled under our refund policy and may depend on the event date, check-in status, and organizer rules.
Platform availability
We work to keep Venue Spice reliable, but we may update, suspend, or restrict features for maintenance, security, fraud prevention, compliance, or operational reasons.
