The rules for using Venue Spice as an attendee, organizer, vendor, influencer, author, or administrator.
Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Venue Spice, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Pricing Policy, and any terms shown at checkout or inside the dashboard. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.
Using Venue Spice
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use Venue Spice only for lawful event, ticketing, booking, vendor, influencer, campaign, and promotional activities. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Customers and attendees
Customers are responsible for reviewing event details, ticket details, booking rules, refund windows, fees, taxes, and any listing restrictions before purchasing. Venue Spice may deny, limit, or reduce refunds where permitted by law if a customer misses an event, violates rules, provides insufficient evidence, or begins a chargeback before review is complete.
Organizer, host, and vendor responsibilities
Organizers, hosts, and vendors are responsible for accurate listings, pricing, availability, attendee communication, service delivery, check-in operations, cancellation rules, tax obligations, and honoring confirmed orders. Repeated cancellations, inaccurate listings, or failure to honor confirmed orders may result in account restrictions.
Influencers and campaigns
Influencers must provide accurate profile, campaign, payout, and promotional information. Campaign invitations, coupon use, commissions, attribution, and payouts may be reviewed for fraud, refund risk, event completion, and policy compliance before release.
Payments and processors
Venue Spice may facilitate payments through third-party processors such as Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Orders may include ticket prices, vendor charges, platform fees, service fees, processing fees, currency conversion costs, taxes, and other amounts disclosed at checkout.
Fees, taxes, and refunds
Certain Venue Spice fees, third-party processing charges, taxes, government charges, and similar pass-through amounts may be non-refundable unless required by law or stated at checkout. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and may depend on event date, cancellation timing, check-in status, organizer or vendor rules, payment status, and supporting evidence.
Event tax collection
Venue Spice may calculate, collect, report, or remit sales tax only in jurisdictions where Venue Spice is registered, configured, or legally required to do so. For launch, Venue Spice-supported tax collection is limited to configured supported regions such as Texas. Organizers must provide accurate event venue address details, including city, state, country, and ZIP/postal code, because tax calculations depend on the event location supplied. For events outside supported regions, organizers are responsible for determining whether tax applies and for collecting, reporting, and remitting any tax required by law. If an organizer enters a manual tax rate, the organizer confirms they have the required permit, registration, or authority to collect that tax, and Venue Spice does not validate the rate or permit.
Chargebacks, fraud, and misuse
Venue Spice may investigate transactions, refund requests, listings, messages, and account activity. Fraud, abuse, false claims, manipulation, suspicious activity, abusive chargebacks, or violation of platform rules may lead to denied refunds, cancelled transactions, recovered funds, suspended access, or other action allowed by law.
Data, privacy, and service providers
Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Venue Spice may use contractors, service providers, analytics providers, payment processors, hosting providers, support tools, and operational partners to provide and improve the Service.
Third-party links and services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services. Venue Spice is not responsible for third-party content, privacy policies, practices, downtime, or service decisions.
Platform availability and changes
We work to keep Venue Spice reliable, but we may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, fraud prevention, compliance, product improvement, or operational reasons. We may update these Terms and related policies from time to time.
Children
Venue Spice is not intended for children under 18. Users must not provide information on behalf of a child where doing so is not legally permitted.
